Before And After Kitchen and Bathrooms

We take a lot of photographs here at Rose Construction. Initial photos are used for bidding purposes. Work-in-Progress photographs are kept for documentation and the final photographs are kept for our portfolio. When it comes time for the Excellence in Remodeling awards through the BIA and the BIAWC, we submit before-and-after photographs. But now that we have the blog, we can put together before-and-after photos on our jobs for you to see!

We remodeled the kitchen, three bathrooms and a laundry room for this home on Alabama Hill. The clients kept their existing cabinets (though we did replace the hinges) but we updated pretty much everything else. The countertop is 3cm Caesarstone in Carmel color:

We mounted an Elkay stainless steel undermount sink and installed a Delta “Palo” faucet:

Tuscania Bianco 6×6 tile placed on diagonal decorates the backsplash and features a decorative tile design over the range made of Westiminster Bronze Pencil Liner and 2×2 Sonoma Tantrum in Earth:

As I mentioned, we renovated their bathrooms as well. The field tile in the guest bathroom is African slate while the mosaic is 1×1 Hawaii glass and stone. We also added a glass shower door:

This next photo has no “before” version but I thought it was too much fun to pass up! The mosaic is a gorgeous tile. This photo shows off the Delta stainless steel faucet:

The master bath features Lundhurst 2×2 Mosaic in Woodland Blend. All bathroom countertops are LG Hi Macs in Aztec Quartz:
