Should you remodel your home or move?
So you have been in your home for many years and the kitchen seems worn and bathrooms are dated. What should you do?
The popular website Houzz.com did a survey that found that the majority of homeowners taking on remodeling projects are doing so because they want to stay in their homes, not because they can’t afford to move. Significantly more homeowners are able to fund their remodeling projects this year compared to last year.
Bathrooms and kitchens are the usual suspects when it comes to which spaces are most commonly remodeled. Decks are a favorite during spring and summer months, and 2nd floor additions are popular as well.
