Do you have summer remodel projects?

Did you know that remodeling is very popular? Hiring your favorite contractor can require planning many months ahead for a large project, such as an addition. Smaller projects, like repairs, can be squeezed in between the larger jobs.

That said, are you hoping to have an addition, complete kitchen remodel, or major new deck rebuild next summer? Better not wait until June to call!

Projects that include a lot of outdoor work are most often done in the spring/summer/fall months, as these have the best weather and least rain days.  Your contractor has to schedule his workers, order materials, and obtain any permits before work can begin.

Be sure to plan well ahead so you can get on his schedule.
