What You’ll Do:

Material Logistics: From deliveries to pickups, you’ve got it handled.
Site Operations: Efficient demolition and meticulous jobsite cleanup.
Skillful Execution: Mastery over framing, siding, cabinet installation, drywall, painting, finish carpentry, and problem solving.
Project Management: Able to run the whole show, whether it’s rot repair, kitchens, bathrooms, additions, or entire homes.
Team Coordination: Delegate tasks to helper(s) effectively, ensuring the highest quality of work.
Client and Trade Communication: Exceptional communication skills to liaise between clients and trades.

Qualifications to Boast:

Minimum 8 years of carpentry experience.
Mastery of power tools.
Proven record of taking projects from inception to completion.
Expertise in reading and understanding blueprints.

The Nuts and Bolts:

A company vehicle will be provided to individuals who have a clean driving record after a determined probationary period.
A thorough background check is standard procedure, covering both criminal and driving history.

The Pay: $25 – $38/hr
