Transform your dreary, unfinished basement into a space everyone can enjoy.
Even a mostly below grade basement can be brightened up with window wells. These nifty constructions allow you to have windows installed with a manufactured “well”, usually of sheet metal (but can be made of almost anything!) that is built out a couple of feet, allowing natural light to enter the basement.
The basement can then be refinished to be a second living room, a recreational bar/ entertainment room, a childrens play area, exercise room – the possibilities are endless!
