Do you wish your home was perfect?
Unless you bought your home brand new, and had it designed specifically for you, then you probably wouldn’t mind making a few improvements to make that home work better for you.
Perhaps it is a bit too small – a nice little addition over the garage would allow everyone to breathe easy! And a bathroom tucked in next to the addition would make guests so very comfortable!
Kitchens and bathrooms receive hard use, and need more frequent updating than any other part of the house. This can be done incrementally, or all in one fell swoop, depending on your budget.
Another part of the home that wears out all to soon is the flooring. Carpeting needs replacing every 10 years or so; wood flooring needs refinishing, and tile may need patching, re-grouting, or replacing.
Remember, no home is perfect until you remodel it!
