Expand your homes square footage
It comes a time in many families lives, when they realize the house is just too small; maybe grown children have moved back for a time, maybe grandma needs a little extra help, or maybe your young family is growing.
A typical addition will be a bedroom with bath. This can be a partial second floor built over a garage, or extended out into the property. Some homes have unfinished basements, and these provide a great place to create a rec room, bed and bath, home office, or any other room you need, without the extra cost of building up or out.
We have built all kinds of additions to homes, including small bump-outs that just add a closet, and one that included joining two very small homes into one!
