Is your shower big enough?

Larger showers are proving popular – and who wouldn’t love a roomy space to luxuriate in during your morning shower?

Kitchen and Bath Design News states that more than 2/3 of homeowners remodeling their master bath are increasing the size of the shower. Sometimes this is accomplished within the same size room footprint by eliminating the tub; or another method would be to decrease the size of the vanity.

To top off the luxury factor, many are having heated floors and towel warmers installed. There’s nothing like a toasty warm floor for your feet on a chilly morning.

Don’t forget having fashionable grab bars installed during your bath remodel. They can double as towel bars when installed outside the shower, and come in many configurations. You don’t have to be the “boomer” generation to appreciate some added stability security in the shower!

Include a sun tunnel or sconces for added light.
