It’s time to have your deck/patio upgraded

It’s time to get serious about outdoor dining! The sun is shining here in Whatcom County, and we are chomping at the bit to warm up our barbecues. But what if you plan for a weekend backyard party, but the weather doesn’t cooperate?

What you need is a patio roof. Skylights or transparent roofing give you the best of both worlds; sunlight every time its out, and cover if it decides to rain. No need to cancel your plans with the right preparations!

You can even have a built-in outdoor kitchen, to reduce the number of trips back to the fridge and pantry. Outdoor kitchens can be as simple as a built-in BBQ with piped-in natural gas, or a complete kitchen fitted out with outdoor rated appliances.

Just think how nice it would be to have an undercounter refrigerator for your drinks, a bar sink to wash things and of course, a BBQ with natural gas at your fingertips. There would be much more time for socializing with guests!
