Why build a kitchen pantry?

Building a kitchen pantry can dramatically improve kitchen organization, maximize storage space and enhance overall function, by offering a dedicated area for non-perishable goods, appliances, and other essentials. Yay, for a more efficient and uncluttered cooking space!

It’s nice to be able to store items used in cooking so that you don’t have to run out and buy small quantities when that particular recipe is on the menu. So those pantries, whether large or small provide a much appreciated way to store those ingredients.

If large enough, a pantry can store small appliances, dinnerware that is not used everyday, and specialty cooking pans.
